North52 2017 Pricing Update

We have been reviewing a  very successful year where North52 has significantly increased partners, customers and the capabilities of North52 Business Process Activities (BPA).

As part of that review we have considered feedback on our pricing – particularly in response to our number one query ‘can I use Decision Tables with the Professional Edition?’  Up until today this feature was only available on the Enterprise and Ultimate Editions.

We have been overwhelmed by the positive response for Decision Tables and impressed by the business use cases it is being used for.  We continue to enhance the capabilities and have a new version currently in testing which adds even more capability and value.

Ideally, we would like all of our customers to take advantage of the full product capabilities and today we are making this possible. From 17 January 2017 we are changing our licensing for North52 BPA so that all features are included at pricing tiers defined by the number of active CRM users.

 

What are the new Pricing Tiers?

  • Professional Edition – Up to 50 Active CRM Users
    • Now with all 350+ current functions
    • $1,990 annual subscription
  • Enterprise Edition – Up to 500 Active CRM Users
    • Now with all 350+ current functions
    • $5,990 annual subscription
  • Ultimate Edition – 500+ Active CRM Users
    • Pricing on application

 

How does this affect existing customers or quotes that have been provided?

We provide two options:

  • Stay on the previous pricing with the feature limitations – no changes will be made to the prices already being paid
  • Take advantage of the additional features in the new pricing – only pay the difference between existing pricing and the new pricing

 

Why upgrade – what advantages does the new pricing provide for existing Enterprise Edition customers?

  • Access to Multi-Sheet Decision Tables
  • Access to advanced xCache functions
  • Access to advanced CPQ functions
  • Support ticket allocation is now annual and not a fixed amount

 

Why upgrade – what advantages does the new pricing provide for existing Professional Edition customers?

  • Same advantages of Enterprise Edition above, and:
  • Access to all features previously reserved for Enterprise and above: Decision Tables, xCache, SharePoint, SDK Access
  • No restrictions on the number of formulas or schedules

 

This change makes pricing vs feature discussions much simpler going forward and means you will have access to the features you need regardless of the CRM system size.
